Robert Allen the multi-millionaire who wrote “Nothing Down” and “Multiple Streams of Internet Income”, shared with our team his sure fire list for finding the right project or business to invest his money. Bob says that if you follow this list you won’t be disappointed in your choices and you will be able to live the life you’ve always dreamed. This is the list Bob used to decide to put his money into developing BookWise, the most intellectual home based business in the world.

The M-O-N-E-Y T-R-E-E

Multiple Streams of Income – Make sure your business has more than one stream of income so that if one stream dries up you still have others flowing into your bank account. Stream #1 from BookWise - BW offers 100% matching commissions from your down line. If you signed up Bob, and he made $100 this month, you made $100. Stream #2 BookWise has a Preferred Customer program where you earn 40% of the profits from the purchases of your Preferred Customer. There are more streams that BookWise offers but these two can set you for life.

Outstanding – The product or service needs to be outstanding and/or unique. The bookstores available through BookWise are even better than Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble. BookWise is outstanding in their field.

Nothing Down – buy a business with little or nothing down. Start a BookWise business for $39.95 down and then $39.95 per month. In return you get a free website. You get thousands of dollars worth of training each month. You have access to over 1.5 million Books, CDs, DVDs, games and textbooks without even carrying the inventory out of the trunk of your car.

Employee Resistant – No employees needed. It’s just you and yourself running the business. This way there isn’t any overhead eating up your profits.

Yield – Profit margins are high. With a 5 x 9 matrix the results are endless. If one person had 250 people in their organization, they could make $60K in one year. You would be working part time achieving that kind of income.

Trend – You want something that goes with the trends but not trendy. Books are always involved in trends whether pushing people through a trend or causing a trend to happen. Many times you’ve heard that with computers, the internet and cell phones that books will become obsolete. Wrong! In fact, in 2007 over 15,000 new books were published which is up from the year before. Even during the depression books were bought more often because people were looking for an escape from their hard times. Books provide relief for those that are down in the dumps.

Residual – After 2 to 3 years your business should be running on its own. You should be making money while you sleep. With the matrix system at BookWise this is true. The income will be building upon itself. Remember with the ripple effect the ripples get bigger and bigger the farther away they go. Your income will be coming from a bigger pool of fish. Plus since this business is run on the internet your doors are open 24/7/365.

Essential – Your product or service should be consumed or used by everyone every day. Books are used every day whether for reading pleasure, school, research, reference, user’s manuals, and on and on. I can’t remember a single day where I didn’t need a book for something in my life. And now with the internet books are coming to us in various formats like Ebooks, MP3 files, ready for our Ipods, etc. As technology grows so will our book formats. Books will never die.

Enthusiasm – If you don’t love what you do, don’t do it. Plain and simple. BookWise is a business you can get excited about with the income possibilities, the Founders who are stable, the product that is always being developed, and other like minded book lovers to work with on your team.

Why not make money while you read? Turn your passion into an income that keeps growing.

The above list comes from Robert Allen with my commentaries. I have never seen such an awesome opportunity in a long time. Just knowing Robert Allen was at the helm made me look really close at this business. I know Bob has vision and will keep making this company better and better. I’m not exactly sure how much better it can get. BookWise is pretty dog gone good just the way you see it today. Bob already has the life style he desires now he wants to help us reach the same goals. Join us and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.
